Our Commitment Policy
We will commit to helping you obtain a merchant account for your business, unless it’s clear we can not obtain one for you. At that time we will notify you via e-mail.
We will work in a speedy and efficient manner to get you a merchant account, so we ask that you do the same so your file is not delayed.
We also ask that you work with only us and not spread yourself around with many other agents. We work hard for you and receive no remuneration for our time and effort in helping you build your business.
We ask that if at any time you do not want the merchant account, you let us know as soon as possible so we don’t spend any more time on your file.
Right of Refusal
We have the right to refuse any potential client or client if we feel that they are not truthful, have or is currently committing negative acts in regards to their business or merchant account. Or, they are just too difficult to deal with, such as they don’t follow instructions, are rude, aggressive in nature, disappear for days or weeks on end, etc.
We offer a free service to all merchants unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There is no application or setup fee unless the processor requires one and that is separate from anything we require of you.
Even one of our chargeback prevention services is totally free unless you get a chargeback.
